Named in honour of its founder Jack Gauer, our brasserie pays tribute to its heritage, with seats engraved with the names commemorating some of our most distinguished guests over the years. Our menu caters to the discerning palate, offering both traditional and contemporary interpretations of brasserie classics — all crafted with regional and seasonal ingredients. Our 14 Gault Millau points stand as a testament to the experience.
