Jack's Brasserie is celebrating in style. Past chefs return to present specially created nostalgic menus. In collaboration with the "Cercle des Chefs de Cuisine Berne" association, the "best of" from various eras will be presented. With the motto "Recipes from the old days", a 4-course menu is served each month that is reminiscent of the creative period of the respective chef and matches the respective season.
