Since 1911 known as an established city restaurant, it was renamed Jack's Brasserie in 1993 with its namesake - Jack Gauer. The restaurant honors famous guests with engraved seats and offers traditional and modern brasserie dishes with regional and seasonal ingredients. Awarded with 14 Gault Millau points, the restaurant offers a stylish ambience and celebrates the 165th anniversary of the Hotel Schweizerhof Bern & Spa with monthly nostalgic menus presented by former chefs.
