Jack’s Wienerschnitzel is especially popular – according to Gault Millau, the best in Switzerland.

Comfortable brasserie ambiance and wonderful seasonal menu with fresh ingredients and flavors. My main course was the venison three-ways, served with spaetzl and roasted root vegetables. Very pleased with my meal and the menu offerings in general, which were extensive, regional, seasonal, and well-balanced. Good service all around.
My partner and I ate two breakfasts and a dinner here. All were delicious and the service was of the highest standard. If you stay at the Hotel Schweizerhof, take the breakfast package, it is definitely worth it to eat here. Everything we ate was cooked to the highest possible standard and the staff simply could not do more to make each meal a wonderful experience.
I like this restaurant. There is enough space between tables, it has a very traditional bistro interior, and the service is friendly without beeing phoney . That said, here is the main point: The food; it is of high quality and prepared state of the art. Big choice, I went for a seafood platter and a tartare with fries as s starter. Both were great; it was an enchanting lunch break. Thanks!
